| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. |

- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization is entered as desired, including but not limited to, product color, pattern design, fonts, thread color, size, style, or other options available for a product.
- If any option is not selected by the customer at checkout we will design the product with the options displayed for that product in the main product photo or with options that look the best with the other personalization styles chosen by the customer.
- If any option is chosen that will not work for the product, based on other options chosen, we will default to designing that product with the option that we feel would look the best based on other options chosen. For instance, on a personalized phone case, if a font color is chosen that is the same as the frame color chosen, we will choose a font color that will coordinate with the frame color and background colors chosen. Additionally, if a monogram font is chosen but a name is entered, we will use a standard font such as the "Simple" font.
- We cannot be held liable for any monograms, names or text otherwise that is entered incorrectly by the customer at time of order. Please use the rules below for entering personalization.
- Most items can include a proof (at an additional charge) so that you may verify the personalization before the item is actually produced.
- If a product is personalized incorrectly by the customer, we cannot replace the item unless a new order is placed at full price by the customer. As always, if you have any questions, please email us prior to placing your order.
3 Letter Traditional Monogram:
If the name is Emily Gabriella Matthews, the 3 Letter Monogram option
will display the Last Name initial in the larger in the center &
should be entered as: EMG. We will automatically make the center letter
larger. Please always enter the letters in the order of First Name
Initial, LAST Name Initial, Middle Name Initial when choosing a 3 letter
monogram. All letters will be capitalized.
3 Straight Initials:
This is commonly used for men. All three initials will be the same
size and all capitalized. Justin Ryan Matthews would be entered as
JRM. Please always enter the letters in the order of First Name
Initial, Middle Name Initial, Last Name initial when choosing 3 Straight
Initials.
Name:
This option will display the text entered with the first letter
capitalized and the subsequent letters will be lowercase. If multiple
names are entered here, such as Emma Claire, the names will appear on
the product either side by side, or one on top of the other, whichever
looks best for the product. If multiple names are entered, each name
will be capitalized.
Single Initial: This
option will display one, capital letter on the product. The letter
will be sized to fit the product at our discretion. If a name or
monogram or other text is entered in this field, we will only use the
first letter of the first name or word entered in this field.
Custom Text:
This option will display the custom text entered in the field. We will
capitalize letters at our discretion, such as proper nouns. Otherwise,
the text will appear as entered on the product, either side by side or
one word on top of another, whichever looks best for the product, at our
discretion. We reserve the right to disapprove any vulgar text or text
that is too long for the product.

Our personalized melamine dinnerware is dishwasher safe but should not be used in the microwave. As with any personalized product, it should always be handled with care to ensure a lifetime of use.
Our personalized glass cutting boards should be handwashed only. Although the design is permanently printed onto the back of the glass, as with any design it could get scratched if washed in a dishwasher or with a coarse scrubber such as a brillo pad. Again, just handle with care as you would your favorite china set.
The actual color of products may differ slightly from the color displayed on your monitor or other marketing materials due to the printing process of each product. For the same reason, some product colors may also differ from product to product. Colors can set into certain surfaces differently & thus appear lighter or darker from product to product. Please keep this in mind when ordering our products.
Due to the design printing process of our personalized phone cases, it is normal for the design to fade in color on the edge of the surface or as it curves around the edge of the case. This is normal and not an error in design.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME: All of our products are personalized and designed as ordered, therefore our production time is 10 - 12 business days, not including holidays & weekends. Certain peak seasons & holidays can exceed this standard production time frame. Additionally, on occasion some orders just take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We assure you, our customized products are worth the wait though!
We also work with other companies to produce certain products and cannot guarantee a "ship by date" or delivery date. We know you are very anxiously awaiting the arrival of your new personalized products from Boutique Me, and we assure you --- we can't wait for you to receive them & spread the love of our products, but we think you will be very pleased once they arrive. Shipping or other refunds will not be given for orders that do not arrive by a certain date as requested by the customer.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Even if a special delivery date is requested, we cannot guarantee any arrival date, although we will always do our best to try and accommodate this request. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Boutique Me as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Our shipping charges are structured appropriately for each product. Some products must ship from the manufacturer to our studio, then we in turn ship out to the customer. For this reason, each product has a shipping charge that best fits the overall shipping method of that product. SHIPPING Insurance is available for ALL orders. Shipping insurance can be added at checkout for any order made at Boutique Me. This insurance only covers lost packages that the postal service shows were NOT delivered and any damage that is incurred during shipping. Shipping insurance claims for damage must be emailed to us within 3 days from delivery. Packages are not deemed "lost" until 15 business days after the ship date from our studio.

| Boutique Me shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Alabama. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

Orders for personalized products cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after the order has been submitted and payment received.
All of our products include a 30 day warranty from the date the order ships. This warranty covers manufacturing defects as deemed defective by the manufacturer, or design errors made by the manufacturer. An RMA must be submitted and approved by Boutique Me LLC. before a product can or will be exchanged. Do not return any products to us without an RMA approval first as they will not be accepted or returned to the customer.
To complete a RMA claim on an in-warranty product, please login to YOUR ACCOUNT. Locate the order in question and click the "View Details" link beside the order. From there, you will be able to complete an RMA request for exchanging a defective product. The claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order shipped from our studio. Once we receive the RMA, we will review it & respond once the RMA has been reviewed to let the customer know if it is accepted or declined. Do not return any products until the RMA has been approved by our staff. If an exchange is approved, the exchange can only be made for the exact product ordered, we cannot alter the replacement in any way.
Otherwise, we do not accept any returns or exchanges as all products are personalized as ordered. Regardless of the personalization, all names, monograms, straight initials, custom text should be entered in the order it is to appear on the product, please see the section titled "Personalization" for further details. Refunds will not be given on personalized products.
